$255,000
Up to $8,000 toward your rate, closing costs, or fresh paint. This brick ranch sits at the back of a cul-de-sac in Village Green, just inside Oldham County at the Jefferson County line. The seller is offering a concession of up to $8,000 that the buyer can apply to prepaids/closing costs, an interest rate buy-down, or a carpet/paint credit, which takes real pressure off today's rates. The great room is the showpiece. It was added onto the home and has a vaulted ceiling and walls of windows that pull daylight across the whole space. The kitchen cabinets have been refaced, the bathroom has been updated, and the HVAC system was replaced about seven years ago. Easy access as there are only a couple of steps at the entry as well as a small ramp. Out back, a fully fenced yard lined with mature trees gives you a private, enclosed space for pets or gardening. The exterior is low maintenance, and if you hired a lawn service that gives you much of the ease of condo living on a lot of your own. The seller has relocated out of state, and the home is offered as-is and priced to reflect it. Village Green puts you in the Oldham County Schools district while keeping shopping, restaurants, and shorter commutes in eastern Jefferson County close by.
